I know that a Tyrian born pc can get 30 extra attributes through 2 quests and cannot get any Canthain quests (just missions). BUT, can a Canthain born pc can get quests in Tyria from Lion's Arch forward SO can a Canthain born pc take the 2 Canthain quests and get the 30 extra attribute points then travel to Lion Arch's and go forward to the desert and Drok's and pick up the two Tyrian quests for an additional 30 attributes points?

Now that would be the bomb!

Canthan born do not get the attribute quests in Tyria. I just ascended my Ritualist and checked out both the attribute quests. Neither was offered.
